Chocolate and Chanel...good combo

First of all, thank you so much for all of your beautiful Christmas cards/Save the dates/shower invitations and everything in between...our refrigerator is looking much more beautiful with your pretty faces on it :)

So my brother-in-law, Brent (Blake's twin) is graduating today (WOOHOO!! Congratulations Brent!!!), and Sharon thought it would be a good idea to make Peanut Butter Balls for his party Friday night.

I was very excited so I asked her if I could make them. I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and went to town.

Here is what I used...

I mixed all of the ingredients, rolled them in powdered sugar and stuck them in the fridge to harden for about an hour and a half while I went to my company Christmas party (for the chicken fingers and mini-Spring rolls of course)...

Then, because I had some lollipop suckers left over from my candy cane suckers, and because everything looks cuter on a stick, I decided to use these as the "toothpick"...

I used milk chocolate morsels (and no nuts) because I am not a fan of semi-sweet chocolate.

unfortunately I learned the hard way that it may have been better to stick the sticks in them BEFORE they went into the fridge...but most of them held up ok...

The first four...

and a few more...

They were so fun and so easy to make. When I was done I headed straight for bed because I knew this was waiting on me...

My precious best friend, Audrey sent me a birthday surprise to make turning 25 a bit sweeter :)

To say I'm in love is an understatement...the book is amazing! Thank you sweet Audrey!! I love you!!
