Last night...

Last night I went to Publix (which is always a bad idea when you're hungry...), and I figured I would go ahead and get some popcorn chicken since I was starving...possibly just sneak a few bites before I made it out of there...

BIG mistake.

I was on aisle 7, and as I was looking at the pasta when I started to choke...

You know when just a little crumb gets lodged in your throat?!

I started to panic.

Oh Lord...I'm going to die on aisle 7 IN PUBLIC PUBLIX!!

My heart started racing. I became frantic. I rushed around the corner like a deer in headlights, and as soon as I thought my life was over...

I saw a mountain of water bottles on sale.

"Oh Thank God!!"-I thought to myself.

And then, just as I was about to down the water bottle I had grabbed, a man in scrubs walked by me...

A DOCTOR!!

Praise Jesus I will live!!!!

The more I thought about it, I realized there is no greater place in the world to almost die than Publix! Everything you need is there!

Just one more reason why I love My Publix.

I thought I was done with my dramatic thoughts that night until I ran across this on the way home...

Siiiiiiiick.

I hate when the lights are on IN the ambulance. It gives me the heeby geebies. I feel like I'm going to see scissors cutting someone apart and blood flying in the window.

NO THANKS.

I started to get weak again and had to pull into the other lane.

My legs went numb, and I thought to myself, "Oh gosh! I won't be able to stop the car!!!"

and then I put on the brakes.

Oh...ha! well I guess my foot hadn't gone numb yet...

It was just a bit too much for me...

So I went home, grabbed the dogs who had been home alone all day and decided we all needed a little pick me up...

For some reason I thought their day may be a little brighter with some yogurt! And clearly by the look in Teddy's eyes, I was exactly right!

Come to think of it, his eyes look just like mine did when I was choking...like mudder like son...

I didn't let him have the m&ms-don't worry, but he savored every little lick.

Tucker gets confined to the back of the car when we ride (because he sheds) so when we got home he got the rest of the cup...

Well, almost the rest of the cup...

TGIF!

I'm ready for my husband to be home!! Hurry up, Blake!!! :)
